History
The Market Madrid was openned in December of 2013 and nowdays is recognized as one of the most attractive options for INTERNATIONAL CUISINE in the city. Since January 6 of 2021 we moved to a bigger and modern location named Taberna The Market Madrid.
Our new space it´s elegant but casual, can accommodate about 80 guests and we have THREE DIFFERENT AMBIENTS: our patio, which is the first area you will see from our entrance, it´s warm during winter and chilly during warmer time of the year, you can enjoy it from 12 to 12 and have a great time; then we have a nice bar to enjoy a drink or a quick bite and our dinning room, elegant and cozy to enjoy the utmost experience from the Market Madrid.
Our project, founded by Jaime Anasagasti, reflects his vision about the restaurant business, with seasonal food and a close and well trained staff that will make you really enjoy the experience. Our food is cooked everyday using traditional and modern techniques, the BEST INGREDIENTS IN THE FARMERS MARKETS and international influences in our recipes, we constantly change our menu to make sure that each visit is unique and unforgettable.
To pair with our food we select different wines from all around the world making sure each one reflects the flavor and personality from the terroir where it comes from.
